I've worked with Ryan since August 2023, when he joined my team of trainers who support me giving classes at HOBBY Wohnwagenwerk in Fockbek. He manages the classes assigned to him with great diligence and flexibility. The training is tailor-made to suit the needs of the company and Ryan has been responsible for creating his own training plans, considering individual requirements of all participants in his classes. This has included teaching Business English, ranging from level A2-B2, as well as teaching German to a couple of highly challenging multilingual classes. Employees' feedback on his training has been consistently positive.

 

I've been particularly impressed by how independently Ryan takes care of his classes as well as by his cooperative communication. I'm very pleased that Ryan will be part of the team for another training season at HOBBY.
